Lee Chambers said: “I am delighted to have accepted the offer of becoming the new U23s manager. It is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the first team players and management team as we look to provide a clear pathway into first team football and develop football for the whole club”

Joining Lee’s management team will be Nick Martin as assistant manager. Nick worked with Lee in their first season with our Reserves back in 2018 where they won the The Kent FA Intermediate Cup and gained promotion to Kent County Football League Division One.

We are also delighted to welcome Mike Parker who has joined as U23s Coach who will work alongside Lee and Nick. Mike will bring great experience after working with former fellow Southern Counties East Football League side and Champions, Erith & Belvedere for the most of last season.
