Jimmy first announced the change to his back room staff during our End of Season Awards whilst giving a speech at the ceremony on Friday after finally completing his first full season in charge, despite being in the hot seat for more than three years!

Jimmy thanked Stephen Harper for his services over the last four years or more both as a player and assistant manager and wished him well for the future.

Sam Groombridge is no stranger to the Rusthall technical area since joining as first team coach back in January.

The squad will return to training next week as preparation for the new season begins after nearly 6 weeks off.
